Can someone help me. We have a Holiday Masquerade link up and i'm noticing a ton of pending payments when my staff says they completed the form and paid. I also am receiving many inquiries about why they are not receiving RSVP's from JotForm. Please advise. Thank you!

Please share the link of the form where you are receiving payments, but they are still treated as incomplete.

Also, if you could share a screenshot of the payments you have received in your payment gateways vs the incomplete submission shown in your form, we would appreciate it.
