Fields missing when PDF is printed

    Hi

    I have some elements are are in the form, appears in the table but disappears when I print PDF.

    I have checked the elements - it shows as 'Hide' meaning it is un hidden.

    I have checked all the setting and it is similiar to elements that are shown.

    Please assist

    Hi Kumar,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If the fields are missing in the PDF, it could be that the PDF settings hide the empty form fields. You can disable this in the PDF Editor. Let me show you how:

    • In the PDF Editor, click the gear icon on the right side to open Settings.
    • Disable the option to Hide Empty Form Fields.
