Do you have a download option that works with the Rich Text format box

Thanks, BJoanna. Do you have a download option that works with the Rich Text format box? I don't think Excel is flexible enough to handle bold and italics, plus the spread sheet would be huge since some of our alumn submit 800 words or more and then there are the photos and captions... I'm not sure how to convert a pdf file to text either. Is it possible to download the text to a Goggle doc?

The guide above talks about customizing the PDF Submission Report. However, your post is about downloading in RTF and you also mentioned Excel. Please get back to us with a bit more info and a clearer description of what you're trying to do so we can better assist you.
