Using your APP across multiple web sites & inserts into a form

Good Day

I use Weebly.com to build my customer's sites and they suggested I use your app, so here I am.   I would rather not show your brand at the bottom, so in the Bronze plan, can I use your form APP across a number of websites.?

My clients will be small business owners, so I think the Bronze plan would work.

2nd question I have attached a screenshot of a customers footer, contact info. I am rebuilding his site in Weebly and want to make sure I have all the information that he currently has listed. Can I modify one of your forms so I have this info? I  also want to add a Google map

Yes you can use JotForms across multiple websites that can embed and use javascripts.

You can use All Questions in One Page layout to create it and use IFrame to embed to avoid error with scripts.
