If we cancel our yearly subscription before the end, do we receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining time?

     Hi. The Bronze plan is billed on a yearly basis, but you say that customers can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time: 


    Cancel Anytime

    JotForm is a recurring subscription service. You may upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. To change your subscription level, visit your billing page and select your new plan. To shut down your account and delete all of your information, please email support@jotform.com with “Cancel My Account” in the subject line.

    If we decide to cancel or downgrade after three months, does Jotform reimburse us for the 9 months additional months we have already been charged?

    We offer refunds within the first 30 days but no do any sort of refund after that point.  You can cancel the subscription at any time and you will retain your paid user benefits for the remainder of your paid period. 

    If we offered pro-rated refunds for cancelled subscriptions, most people would create a 2 year subscription even for a single month due to the reduced monthly cost.  We do credit you with the remaining time on your subscription if you switch between paid subscriptions, but we do not refund that amount.  A credit is not given when cancelling a subscription.
