Hi, Can you please help us with this problem? I am wondering if it is due to the fact that we have one PayPal link set up on the registration form, and another on the membership form. If that is indeed the case, can you tell me how to disable the PayPal button on the registration form, we don't need it for now.
Thank you,
Ann

Hello Ann - Is this the form that you're currently working on https://www.jotform.com/73238359147160?
I never made a test submission on that form but from a cloned copy of it, the PayPal redirection worked properly. After submitting the form, I was redirected to PayPal to make the payment.
Your form is currently integrated with this PayPal account:
If that's the correct PayPal account email that you want to use, your form should work as intended. On the other hand, if you want to delete the PayPal payment field altogether, just refer to the screenshot above and click the red TRASH BIN icon.
In case you're working on a different form, please share the Form URL with us so we can check that instead.

AnnColburnReplied on November 29, 2017 at 5:43 PMHi There,
Thank you very much for your reply. Thank you for checking the PayPal
link. The problem we are having is that the membership jot form form is
linked on this website: https://saltspringzencircle.org/membership/, which
is a Word Press hosted site, and when I push "Submit", the Submit button
switches to "Please Wait" and does not go to PayPal. Do you have a
suggestion on how to solve it?
Thank you,
Ann

It could get stuck due to conflicts between your form's code, and your WP site, please remove your form, and try embedding it with the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
