Plan Details inquiry

    Hello JOT Support,

    Do you have a support page that details each of the items in the list of Plans, including the Free Plan through the Gold plan?  Being new to JOT Forms, I am not sure what each one of the items really means in detail, thanks.

    Hello Tony,

    To explain the details per row:

    Submissions

    These part refers to the number of submissions that your account can receive per month.

    Starter (Free) - the 100 here refers to the number of submissions per month, regardless to the number of forms that you have. So the number of submissions is based on the account and not on the form.

    Note: Deleting submissions will not reduce your submissions limit count for the month.

    You are also only limited to one payment submission. This refers to forms which have Paypal, Authorize.net, Stripe, or any payment integration that requires an actual payment received to a 3rd party payment service. Purchase order field is not included since it does not submit an actual payment at all. You can refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-7-Payment+Forms 

    Bronze, Silver, Gold - The ones indicated there are as is, similar to what is explained on Starter plan, except with higher limits. (Gold does not have payment limits, you can receive up to 100,000 payment submissions)


    Available Space

    This refers to the file uploads space that each account type has.

    On the form builder, there is an upload field there where you can add in order for you to receive file upload submissions. This space gives you an allocation of the files for storage.

    Note: Unlike the submissions counter, you can download your file submissions and delete your form submission if you wish to free up some space. 

    Free users are given 100 megabytes of space, Bronze has 10 Gigabytes, Silver has 100 Gigabytes, and Gold has 1 Terabyte.


    Forms

    This refers to the number of forms the user can create.

    Each page load on the form constitutes 1 form view

    Submissions Storage

    For Starter (Free), this is limited to be viewing 500 submissions. It will not disable the form once the limit is reached, but it will only remove your oldest submission on your account. A good example is that when you have two forms, when you have the oldest submission on your first form, and your 501st submission is received on the 2nd form, your 1st form's oldest submission shall be removed.

    On other account types, there is no limit. You can view all of your submissions.

    Reports

    Branding

    This refers to the footer at the bottom of the form. For free users, the branding can be seen at the bottom. Paid subscriptions do not have this footer.
