Import field answers to another form

Hi,

I would like to redirect my Thank you page to a new form from Jotform through URL. 

Is it possible to clone some answers from the prior form, like name and email, to the new form, so I can Identify the same contact for both forms and avoid having the contact to fill  twice the same info.
