Jotform says I have reached my SPACE limit...i have deleted most of the submissions. Why does it still say this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I've manually recalculated your account limits and cleared your form caches. Can you please check it again to see if the error message is still showing?

Hi Trevan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your current Upload Usage limit is at 53.29 MB / 1.00 GB. If this doesn't reset automatically, try to clear the form cache. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
