Hi there
I understand why IP address is banned. which I got the response from your team. however I still unable to use it.
currently I am using VPN to message this issue.
and here is the IP address that I currently ban: 102.130.111.114can you fix the issue, making sure I can work on my project.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. As I checked, both the IP Address associated with your account and the one you provided isn't banned, but I've gone ahead and whitelisted them anyway. Can you please check again?

I'm very sorry to hear that. Have you logged in recently on a different network or device? Please share its IP Address as well. You can click on this link to know your current public IP Address. Also, I see you're trying to send a screenshot. Unfortunately, screenshots sent via email don't reach our Support Forum. We have a guide to send screenshots here instead.

I initially encountered this problem at my college, where I was using the
institution’s Wi-Fi network. Given that institutional networks often have
more restrictions , I thought this might be the reason why I was unable to
access JotForm. However, when I tried to access JotForm from my home
network, I encountered the same issue, which led me to believe that the
problem might be related to my IP address.
For your reference, my current home IP address is *102.130.111.114. *
I have been unable to access JotForm from both my college’s network and my
home network using this IP address. I am unsure of how to resolve this
issue and would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you could
provide.
Please let me know if there are any steps I can take to regain access to
JotForm, or if there is any additional information you need from me to
assist in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and
assistance.

I'm very sorry to hear that. For some reason, your IP Address 102.130.111.114 now shows block on our system, so I went ahead and whitelisted it once again. Can you give it another try and let us know how it goes?

I can now access JotForm without any problems.
However, I am curious as to why the issue occurred in the first place. I
was using JotForm to develop a user interface for an application as part of
my project, which required me to create a registration page.
Could this have been the reason why my access was initially blocked? I
understand that certain actions might trigger security measures, and I am
keen to avoid any similar issues in the future. Any insights you could
provide would be greatly appreciated. Once again, thank you for your prompt
and effective assistance.

Hi Venkata,
You're very much welcome. Generally, the IP address gets banned when an account flagged by our anti-phishing system. This isn't necessarily your account. There may be another user who may have created a Jotform account using the same IP address and created forms that violate our Terms of use.

I got two accounts, first I used the second account to work on it, all of a
sudden it wasn't working or it was just stuck or glitching and suddenly it
was banned due to IP Address.
so that's why I used another account which is my first account to work on
it, but it still got me.
so then I can't create a login form then in jot form?

Hi Venkata,
Thanks for getting back to us. When the IP address gets banned, any other account that is used on the same IP would also not work. When this happens, I suggest reaching out to us so we can whitelist your IP address so that you can log in on the same IP using the same or different account.
