cleared cache still don't see it. Tell me under which menu item or which screen has the link. I just had that card successful with another online vendor. I will try a personal card, but right now can't submit because I don't see a billing or payment menu item

You should see a Billing link on your account settings, here is the direct link to the page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
