Paypal form submission not coming through

I have a customer who says she filled out the form 2 times. There is no form on my end from her. She paid on paypal and clicked submit, and I got the paypal payment but no form? 

I do have other people who have filled out the form without payment and I see those submissions.

Can you see if there is something wrong with the link and somehow I don't get the submissions please. 

I reviewed your form but so far I do not see a completed payment submission yet. It looks like none of your user have made a completed payment submission yet.

You can see the incomplete payment submissions in the Incomplete Payments Inbox.

I did test submission also and I did not encounter any issue. The submission correctly redirect me to the Paypal screen

Once the user make a complete submission payment you should see them in the View submission panel.

Ok I went on and saw the submission. So every time someone completes a paypal order it will be filed as incomplete and I need to go on and complete it?
is that correct? thats what it looks like to me

I apologize for the confusion, but that is incorrect.

If the user submitted your form and completed the payments in PayPal screen, the submission will be successful/completed. And you will get the payments in your PayPal account.

Those incomplete submissions that ended up in the form Incomplete Payment Inbox are submissions that were abandoned or the user did not proceed with actual payments.

For example, I test submitted your form earlier but I did not proceed with the actual payment.

I quit already while in the Paypal screen. You can see my incomplete submission in your form Incomplete Payments Inbox.
