How to add uploaded files or images to Original PDF?

I when the client signs the document he will receive the PDF copy. i'm trying to change the setting so that to client will recive th PDF + and in addition he will also receive the copy of the files that he attached or the picture to the PDF (like the ones the admin receives)

is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, it is not possible to map the File Upload form element to the Original PDF. You can only add the File Upload form element into a PDF Document. You can create a PDF Document in the PDF Editor page of your form. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.

2. Click on PDF Editor.

3. In PDF Editor, click on + New PDF.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
