Form Error: Upload Error when submitting form

Every time I try to submit the form https://form.jotform.com/240744608207354, I see this error:

We don't have the captcha which is a typical reason (in accordance with other forum threads). Help us please, it's urgent since we need to start tomorrow...

Thanks for getting back to us. I've cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue. However, it worked the way it supposed to be. Please see a screenshot of my successful submission below: 


Could you please try to clear your Form Caches and do a trial submission on your end again? If the issue persists, let us know, and we'll keep waiting for the update on the escalation made by my colleague.

Now I can submit the form and see the Thank You page.

I would like to embed the stripe payment form into the Thank You page with a code

but it doesn't show...

Can you please suggest how to do this if it's possible at all?
