Hello,
I have experienced this issue for a while, however, now it is becoming more urgent.
I have created a website that utilises JotForm Anywhere and other JotForm APIs.
The user is able to open the Form Picker (JF.FormPicker{}) to view all their forms, however not every single form shows up. All forms are visible within the Jotform account when logged into the Jotform.com website, however, some of the forms are not visible within the FormPicker. I can't see any particular reason why some forms are not visible in the Form Picker, it seems to be totally random.
How can I fix this?!
Thank you!

As I understood, you have some issue with our FormPicker tool.
I tried to replicate this issue on this page:
https://developers.jotform.com/tools#jotformPicker
As I see, FormPicker doesn't show the forms which are disabled. For example, "Central Form" and "2015 AGM RSVP" are not shown since they are disabled. If you enable these forms you can see the forms on FormPicker again.
If this wasn't helpful, Could you please provide us some screenshots of errors in browser console if you see any? Also if you provide the form IDs that are not shown on Form picker we can investigate further and assist you better.
How to get a console report from most common browsers

Hi Tina,
Thanks for the reply, although the forms that aren't displaying are actually Enabled and not Archived. In the FormPicker Demo on your JotForm site also does not show all Forms, so it is something definitely wrong with the FormPicker API.
One form that I know is not displaying is called Practice Manager's Day 2017 (ID: 73268845305967) it has 38 Submissions. When I clone this form in JotForm I am able to see the clone in the Form Picker, but not the original. Here are some screenshots of proof. Also, maybe you'd like to look for that form on your end within FormPicker.
Also note, that the folders don't seem to be an issue as I can see other forms contained in folders from the FormPicker. Also, most of my forms are shared to me from my Master account, but this doesn't seem to be a problem as most other forms are shared and I can still see them. It's just random forms that aren't visible.
Also, there is NO error present in the Console when opening the FormPicker.
Thank you!

Can you please confirm that you were using this URL to test the FormPicker tool.
https://developers.jotform.com/tools#jotformPicker
I did test the demo FormPicker tool in the jotform developer website and it work so far. All the forms of the test account shows in the form picker screen.
Example:
If I understand the issue correctly, on your end, the form picker doesn't show all of your forms from your My Forms list of your current username.
Can you also try first doing a test using a different browser or try login to your browser in private/incognito mode and test using the Form Picker tool.
Let us know if issue persist.

Hi Jonathan,
I am indeed using that link to the Form Picker Demo and it still does not work. It is something wrong with your FormPicker API.
That is correct. When I view My Forms I can see all of them, however when I view them through a Form Picker (logged in to the same account) not all of them show up.
I have tested many different computers, and I have tried all the major browsers in Incognito modes. Here are some screenshots of the problem in IE11 and Firefox. Perhaps it is an issue with the specific form I am trying to view? If so do you need me to provide any other information that might help?
In the photos below the form that I am having troubles with is called Practice Manager's Day 2017. This is not the only form we are having troubles with. And I will remind you that if I clone a troublesome form, I am able to see the close (as seen in the photos below).
Thanks for your help!

Thank you for contacting us for that issue. I logged in your account and I was able to replicate that issue as you see below.
However, the form you mentioned (Practice Manager's Day 2017) belongs to another account named as GPTQ. GPTQ has added your email as a sub-user account and shares that form with you. When I logged in GPTQ and tried to use the FormPicker app, I was able to see that form in FormPicker using the form owner's account.
But, I am not able to figure out if this situation is on purpose or not. Therefore, I will forward this to our developers team for further checking. You will be notified once the issue is clarified.
Thank you for patience.

Hi Tina,
I am in charge of that other account (GPTQ) also. Virtually all of the forms in the Sub-account are all shared from GPTQ, yet they are all visible. The hiding of this form is not deliberate. It seems like it happens to random forms.
Thanks for forwarding to the developers. This issue has been going on for a long time.
Another issue you might want to forward to the developers is the fact that sometimes when using the FormPicker it displays duplicate forms (like the first screenshot you posted), and you cannot select these duplicated forms. So there is another glitch there.
Thanks for the help!
