My account is showing free version

    Hello Support

    I have downgrade from silver to broze and i have done payment for two years in advance than also its showing free version

    Above you see your billing history. According to this record:

    on Dec 4, 2014: you upgraded your account PREMIUM YEARLY.

    on Dec 4, 2015: your PREMIUM YEARLY subscription was renewed.

    on Sep 13, 2016: you changed your plan from PREMIUM YEARLY to SILVER YEARLY. you only charged for 3 months ($71.47) on SILVER YEARLY plan in order to provide your billing date unchanged (Dec 4).

    on  Dec 4, 2016: you were charged for SILVER YEARLY plan.

    on Nov 29, 2017: you canceled your SILVER YEARLY subscription.

    on Dec 1, 2017: you upgraded again to BRONZE BI-YEARLY via PayPal.

    You can see your invoices on Billing Page:

    I upgraded your account to BRONZE plan. Your next billing date is Dec 1, 2019.
