Billing/Renewal Information

    Can you please tell me where I see our billing/renewal information.  Our credit card shows payment being charged but we have an email stating payment failed via PayPal.

    To check your Account Billing information, please log in to your account and open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    You can check your invoice, payment method, your subscription plan, and the next billing date.
