    Hi Dr. Yehuda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can customize the Email Content before sending it out. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the left side panel, click on Email and select Share On Email.

    3. In the Email Content section, you can then customize the email body.

    4. In the Recipients tab, you can then add the recipients in the To field.

    5. Click Send when you're done.

A downside to this is the recipients will see the email addresses to whom the form is sent. If you don't want your recipients to see other recipients' email addresses, you have to send it one by one. But if it's okay with you for them to see other recipients' email addresses, then you can go ahead and send it to multiple recipients.

Another way you can go about this is to email them using your email service provider, sharing with them the direct link to your form.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thank you. What I am looking to do is change the current email text already in place for a forms so I don't have to write the email again every time I send out a form.

    Hi Dr. Yehuda,

Thanks for getting back to us. If you want to customize the email content that is sent to the user when you invite them to fill out the form, you can follow the instructions provided by my colleague. But, if that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

It would also be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of what you are referring to so we can have a better understanding of the problem. This guide will show you how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi

So when I send a form out there is an email template that is prefilled. I am looking to change this for all the forms so I can send out all forms with a different email message. How can i do this?

    Hello Dr. Yehuda,

Thank you for getting back to us. If I understood what you’re asking, you want to customize the email body for the manual prefilled invitation? If so, you can only add a message for the prefilled invitation, but not really customized the email body unlike the notification or autoresponder email:
