My form is embedded in Wordpress and when I click submit to test it, it is stuck on “please wait”. Also, the phone number section isn’t wide enough.

Hi Dominik,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble submitting your embedded form. I cloned your form and tested it as standalone, and wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to reach the Thank You page as soon as I hit Submit.
To troubleshoot further, can you share your WordPress website where you embedded your form? Also, please allow us to test submit your embedded form directly. Meantime, I suggest checking out this guide which embed method you should use in your WordPress website.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Dominik,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to re-embed your form using the Iframe code method and make a test submission to see if the issue persists? This is designed to work on any web page. If you choose to use iframe code, allow me to explain how to get the code to you:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- On the left, click Embed.
- Choose Iframe embed from the menu.
4. Lastly, click the Copy Code button to copy the code.
If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
