Email notifications are not being sent to our clients

    Hi: The basic captcha was not loading so switched to the Google one. Getting confirmation from site that form has been sent but client is not receiving anything. Please advise.

    I have check your account email history and the email sent are only from your email notifications.

    So I went and check your Form's email setup and I have not seen an "Autoresponder" notification which function as a notification email for your customers after submitting from your form.

    If you wan't your customers to get notified after they have submitted, please setup an "Autoresponder" notification.
