Just upgraded my account and my form is no longer displaying on my website

    Hello! I just upgraded my account from the 'Free' account to the 'Bronze' account. Upon doing so, the form that I had hosted at http://giuliabaitaart.com/mobileartca.html has become invisible. Do you know why that may be?

    Our apologies for any inconvenience that has caused to you. I am able to replicate the issue. Would you please try to embed your form by using the iFrame method?
