When you try to fill out the form, it starts to only let you put in an email address instead of regular answer to a question. This has happened before. Not sure why!!Page URL:

I have checked the link but I couldn't reproduce the issue you are having.
Can you check and let us know if this has been fixed already?
If not, please tell us which browser you are using so we can check.

That is strange. I tried it twice this morning and both times it does this. Also a client who wants to use the form alerted us to the problem. So what do we do? Just ask him to try again and hope for this best?! That seems strange.
I use Chrome, but I don't know what our client might be using.

I am sorry for the problem you are having.
I think I got your problem.
I just cloned your form and found that the fields which are showing required message with valid email address, are actually Email fields rather than Short Text Entry.
Please refer to this screenshot:
So whenever they left blank, they are showing the message to enter a valid email address.
Please change them with Short Text Entry field and hope it will fix the issue.
Also, if you already have submissions against this form, you better take a backup of your submissions because replacing fields will remove the related data of those fields.

I'll give it a try. Do you know why this happened? I'm pretty sure we chose the short text field when we made the form.
Anyway, I'll try to change them and let you know how it works.

I have no clue to be honest. What I found is all those fields are just Email fields which should be the issue of raising the valid email address thing.

I changed all of those fields, and now I know to also watch for that.
