I want to cancel my subscription

i want to terminate my subscription but billing tab is missing here. i dont want to allow team jotbot to deduct my money from my creditcard .so please terminate my subscription from jotbot.Thanks

Are you referring to another Jotform account? Can you please provide us the username or email address of the account that you want to cancel the subscription?
