I want to cancel my subscription

    i want to terminate my subscription but billing tab is missing here. i dont want to allow team jotbot to deduct my money from my creditcard .so please terminate my subscription from jotbot.Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the email address s**minakh**@g***l.com, but it is under a Starter plan. Are you referring to another Jotform account? Can you please provide us the username or email address of the account that you want to cancel the subscription?
