Payment Integration and prepopulating fields

Hello! I am trying to carry over payment integration from the first page selection to the payment page. I need the person to select the option on the first page so they fill out the specific fields desired. Then, at the end of the form, I want it to request payment based upon what they selected rather than selecting it again. Here is where I am... (Attached) I cannot get the configuration quite right on it. Any suggestions?
