Hi, I want to take advantage of the upgrade, but it wants to bill be a year at the new rate upfront. That's fine but we've already paid at the existing rate, so are essentially paying twice. Or have I missed something?

After that, contact us again so we can process a refund and downgrade your account back to the free user. The next step is to upgrade your account to the Silver Yearly plan with End of the Year 50% discount.
