have you change the captcha form lately? I am using the simple option?
it just keeps spinning. usually it resolves on it own but it's been 3 days?

The issue might be related to some conflict between form and other scripts in your web page. In order to fix this try to use a form iFrame embed code:
It should load the form in a protected frame.
