Is there a way to use Jotform as a referral form?

I want to set up a form that allows our existing users to email perspective users with our referral offer. 

Is there a way to use your software to do this?

Please make sure to add a message to the autoresponder email that would explain that their friend makes the referral email. It is to avoid a possible problem related to unsolicited emails.
