Edited forms doesn't change when they are published

Has something changed with my account, or are the JotForm servers undergoing another update? I haven't logged into my account the past couple of weeks. And, when I tried editing some of my forms today, they won't update in real time when I click Publish like they have been before now. I can edit them in Build. But, Preview still retains the previous version of the form. (And, the embedded form on my Weebly site won't update either.)

I tried logging out and back in again several times. I tried clearing my cache several times. I even tried creating a clone of the pages, as I read in another user's post. All that did was create a clone of the current version, which still won't update successfully when I click Publish. I haven't tried all of my forms. But, the ones I've had trouble with thus far are my Create Account (Registration) Form Form, my Contact Us form and FAQs form.

Any idea what's causing this problem, and how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!

I cloned your forms and tried to replicate this issue. I made some changes on the cloned forms. Then, I opened the form in a new tab, also tried the preview button. However, it seems everything works as expected.

What is not being reflected when you publish or preview your form?

Could you provide us the web page URLs that the forms are embedded?

If the issue still persists, please let us know.

As an example, when I changed the name of the form by editing it in Build rather than in My Forms list, or if I made an edit to one of the elements, and then clicked Publish, the version of the form that existed before I made any changes is what appeared when I clicked Preview. Yet, all the changes appeared as-edited in Build mode.

However, the three forms that you worked on all seem to be working today. (I'll keep trying my different forms to see if the same problem still occurs.) Not sure what happened, since I haven't done anything with JotForm since submitting my question. And, I see other users have complained of similar problems. Any ideas what causes this issue, and how to fix it if it happens in the future?

Please try viewing your form using the Published URL since using preview doesn't automatically see the updated changes due to your browser's cache/cookies.

You can also browse your Published/Live URL using a "Private Window" for mozilla firefox and Incognito for Google Chrome.

Try to clear your browser's cache too by following the guides on this link http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Thanks for your prompt response Marvih. However, not sure your solutions apply. If you re-read my initial post, you'll see that I cleared my cache many times without result! I also indicated that the published URL was no different than the Preview version, as indicated by the form that appears embedded in my Weebly page. And, contrary to your last statement, I've typically been able to see editing changes in Preview immediately upon making them in Build.

I assume that the issue no longer exists according to your post.

If you have this problem again, please let us know so we can investigate further.
