    Hi!

Our Company is needing a form that can be filled out by anyone, submitted to a manager for approval and once the manager approves - it will submit to the final approver. Is there any way to do this in jotform?

The only option I can currently think of is:

Once the "submit" button is clicked, the form would email over to the Manager's email AND the final approver's email address and then the manager could reply "all" in the email to approve.

    Thanks for your help!

It is possible to somewhat set up an approval workflow.  The following guide is probably a bit more detailed than it needs to be but it does show how to set this up:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

Essentially, you would use conditional email autoresponders or notification emails to forward an edit submission link to the appropriate parties at the appropriate step in the approval process.  The control for which step could be something as simple as a single choice field with the options being the steps of the approval process.

For example, a single choice field with the following options:

    Initial Submission
    Manager Approval
    Final Approval

Then a conditional email set up for each:

If field is equal to Initial Submission, send manager approval to manager@email.com
If field is equal to Manager Approval, send final approval email to finalapproval@email.com
If field is equal to Final Approval, send approved email to whoeverneedsapprovalnotice@email.com

Each person would need to update that field at their step of the process.
