Uploading PDF File of Submitted Form Data

Hello

I have found how to have the form create a PDF and load it to Google Drive. Is there anyway to control the naming of that file? Either by the 'Name' value, etc. as opposed to having it just named by the date/time?

It should let you choose which type you want in naming your submission data.

Thank you for that Marvih. I think something happened because on Friday
when I originally connected, I did that, but today when I went to test the
form, I saw the integration was not showing as active, so I did it again,
and missed that step.

Glad it is now working. You may also add the fields/widget manually if ever you wanted to customize it.
