PDF Form question

Hi!

I have one form, and it has 2 submissions. It's a photography release form. When I download a pdf of the submissions with the signatures, I only get the part of the form that the submitter fills out. The signature is useless without the text of the release also visible. How can I get the text of the release that they signed to also show?

Or in your submissions page. You can check the "Show Headers and Text" and uncheck "Autohide Empty Fields"
