My students sign up every term. They fill out a form which goes into a google sheets database where they receive automated messages and updates etc. I have this problem that every term I have to ask them to reenrol. That means that they have to fill out a new form. Term after term after term. Put their details in again and again. Is there a way around this? Like an opt in opt out system after students fill out a form?

I would suggest that you export the data from the Google sheet into an Excel file then, have that Excel file uploaded to our Spreadsheet to Form widget that you can add to the form for the current term.
