Email Notifications not coming through

    Hello,

    Can you please advise why the recipients for the notifications are not coming through to my emails.

    It could be either of the following reasons:

    1. The email is in our bounce list. To check, please see our guide here and check if emails were sent into our bounce list. 

    2. Kindly share us the form URL as when I check this form http://www.jotform.us/form/73456771215156, it said that this form was already deleted.
