Missing texts below the text boxes

I am adding the Authorize.net app to all our forms. And sometime the descriptor text for the boxes does not show up. I have included the URL for one of the sites the text is missing. Please see the Credit Card Payment Information section.

Please advise how I can get it back. I am doing the dame thing on every form, sometime the text does show up and sometimes it does not.

I believe that you are referring to the sub labels below the text boxes. Please insert this CSS code into your form:

.form-sub-label {
  color: #000;
}
