    Good Morning,

I would like to upgrade with the 50% off sale, but when I go and update the payment it still has the none sale monthly price. Why is that?

    Thank you,

    Kelsey Arons

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that, the sale price is only applicable for yearly and bi-yearly payment schedule. Monthly payment schedule is not applicable for the sale price.

You can avail the sale price once you upgrade your subscription for 1 or 2 years payment schedule.

If you have any further query, please let us know.

Thank you for your response, but what you are saying is not what is being advertised on your website.

    Sorry for any misunderstanding.

If you upgrade with any of the higher plans, you will see the payment schedules mentioned with the sale price for yearly and bi-yearly and original price for monthly.

For example, if you upgrade to Bronze account, you will see something like this:

Here you will see the sale price mentioned with the yearly and bi-yearly payment schedule.

If you have any further query, please let us know.

The discount is 50% off monthly pricing, billed annually.  The promo email states "Through December, buy a JotForm annual plan and save 50 percent."  The discount does not apply to monthly subscriptions and it not applied to the yearly rate.  Though I will admit this is a bit confusing, it does accurately describe the discount.
