Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

    I receive mobile app messages but the email does not come through.  Also I have it set up for submitter to receive copy but that does not seem to work either.

    I checked your form and Autoresponder is not created properly:

    The email field is missing there. But I fixed that for you:

    Regarding the Notifier, I see you have two emails from the same domain:

    It could be possible that your domain blocked our emails, so please check if that's the case: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
