Why contact and upload form stopped working?

    It indicates our contact form is over limit but it is not. Also, our upload. we going to switch quickly if it is not resolved.

    I checked your account, but I don't see any problem with it, your usage is completely under the limits:

    I'm not sure where did you see that indication?

    New response receivedOur customer took screen shots and sent them to us. I just reset everything and switched to the dropbox form in order to make it work. Maybe it was the customers files that put it over the limit so they could not upload.

    Yes, that might be one of the reasons why.

    100MB is the upload space limit of the Free plan. If the user uploads more than that, it'd hit the limit right away so it's not possible.

    However, if the error is only related to the file upload field max file size limit, you can increase it. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
