I have an existing Jotform that the date change needs to be changed. I've tried numerous times, but I can't get it to accept my changes.

Is this the form you are working on? In which of the Date fields you have there, is the Date limit option not working? You might want to take a look at this guide to set the limits correctly: https://www.jotform.com/help/337-How-to-Use-the-Date-Limits-Option
