Images not loading on form submissions

    i've received several filled out forms from clients where they included reference images and none of the images will load. it sends me to a jotform page where it tells me the image doesn't exist.

    Hi lochlanhel, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You could be checking the submissions on a browser where you don't have an active Jotform login. By default, you must be logged in to the same browser where you're checking the submitted images. You can disable 'Require log-in to view uploaded files' so you can easily view the uploaded reference images. Check the steps and screenshot below on how to unrequire login to view uploaded files:

    1. Log in to your Jotform Account and click on your Profile Picture.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Then go to the Security tab.
    4. Across Privacy, deselect Require log-in to view uploaded files.
