Didn't Receive an Email Notfication after Form Submission

I filled out a jotform a while ago for a basketball class. I did not receive an email with a copy of my jotform. Can you retireve it for me? I need to have a copy.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you haven't received any email notification after you submitted a form on Jotform.

You will have to contact the owner of the form and tell them that you haven't received an email notification when you submitted your form. Also, you will have to contact them using the email address that you used when you filled out the form as I don't see any email logs on your account that you submitted any form using this email address.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Are you sure? Could I have submitted a jotform with no email account? Would
that be possible? This would have been the email.

Thanks for getting back to us. When I reviewed your email logs, yes, I didn't see any submissions that you made on any of the forms using this email address. Unless the form itself doesn't have an Autoresponder that will automatically send you an email notification when you submit a form.

Can you tell us the URL of the form that you filled out so that we can check?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the form and can see that it has no Autoresponder on it. This means that you won't receive an email notification once you submit your form. However, I checked their form and can see that your submission has gone through and they have received it.

Do you know who shared this form? Are you an acquaintance of the form owner? If yes, you will have to contact them and ask them to contact you so they can confirm your entry.
