It is important to know what is the status of your form email so we have added a great tool for you to check it from your account. Using this tool, you can find out whether the email is successfully sent to your recipients’ email address or has failed for some reason.
To view your email history logs, please follow the steps below:
- First, make sure you’re logged in. On the My Forms page, click your avatar at the top right-hand corner.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Click History on the left nav, set your desired date range, and make sure to filter actions by Emails.

to view the status and the details of the email in a new window.
That’s it! If you noticed that the email status is Failed, we advise checking your form notification email, make sure that your sender details like Sender Name and Sender Email are properly configured.
