My customer wanted to place an order for a quantity of 1, however, it made her select 2 and she had to pay for 2 to complete her order. I attempted to go in and make the change manually and it is not allowing me to do so. Can you please assist me with this issue so I may have the correct number of orders on my end and so I can refund her the additional costs she had to pay? This is the only customer that the form has done this too and I'd like to know how I can prevent this / be able to troubleshoot in case this happens in the future. Thank you.

Hi Casey,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that the default quantity is set to 1 and that there is no minimum order amount set. I made a test submission on a cloned form and could not replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form with only one quantity:
Have you tried making a test on your form is you are able to replicate the issue?

No, I can't replicate the issue, but my question is how do I fix the issue? No other customer had this issue. I'd like to be able to go in and correct her quantity but it doesn't allow me to on her form. I know that all of my default quantities and no minimum order are correct and this is why I am asking this question.

Hi Casey,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit submissions to make any changes in the product selection or quantity or any other changes in the payment tool. As a workaround, you can add a new column to the table to add comments about the quantity correction.
