Hello, I am getting duplicate emails, so when one form is submitted I get 5 emails. One is from the name of the customer and says 'New submission' and the others are from Jotform. Please can you help me work out why this is happening. Thank you

You are getting those 5 emails, because you have created 5 notifications:

That worked, thank you! I really don't know how I ended up with so many notifications as I didn't set them up, they are deleted now, simple, thank you
