I emptied the trash, deleted all records in the submissions table, and cleared the form cache.
But this form is STILL giving me "Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."
What's the problem?
I'm entering "The BOOM" into the "Organization Name" field.

Hi John,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Also, I cleared your form's cache for extra measure. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

@Carrisa, if you clone my form, then your form would not be connected to my submissions, correct?
So of course you won't get that error, right?
To get the error, you have to test my form, not your form, right?
I'm still getting the error.

Hi John,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I checked your trash and can see that there's still a submission with the organization name The BOOM. See the screenshot below:
Can you try to delete forever the submission and try it again? Simply click on the red button at the top of your Trash of the submissions. You can also follow this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

You mean, when i delete submissions in the table, they go into trash, even if the form has been deleted and purged?

Hi John,
Thanks for reaching back to Jotform. When I tried to replicate your issue, I submitted the forms twice and deleted them permanently. We need to delete it permanently to make sure that there's no record. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
- Select the Trashed entries option.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click the Delete Forever button.
5. Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Thx @Carrisa, but your colleague, Eiron_O, already explained how, above.
That fixed the problem.
Thx
