I am fairly frustrated because I have not used your services for almost 2 months and I just got charge a subscription fee AGAIN. A month ago, I realized that I was the one that failed to cancel my subscription so I went ahead and paid the $19 even though I was not really using the services because I figured it was my mistake. NOW that I just got charged AGAIN, I am getting frustrated. What must I do to get the CANCELED? Ugh!!

I checked our logs and I do see the request to cancel. It was marked cancelled by one of our support staff but it was indeed not cancelled. Apologies. I have sent a request to refund your last two payments and to fully cancel the subscription. You should receive the refunds within the next 5-7 business days.
