We recently have been having issues receiving our forms via email. The issues we have are:
1: When a form is filled, only certain recipients on the email list are receiving. We have checked our email and spam settings and no issues were found.
2: We use Basecamp as a management platform, When a form is filled, we have it go to a certain Basecamp team email. Recently this stopped happening. I was able to briefly correct this by deleting the email from the email list and re-adding, but it seems to keep braking down.
Any thoughts on why this may happen or how to correct?

Please provide the email address that is not getting the notification email or you can provide the form link and we will check it from there.
You can also try contacting your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP Addresses and domain names on the link below:
