Just was curious about the Zoho CRM integration with Jot Form - specifically where it states you can update existing contacts.
Does it require exact names/emails to update contact information or does it update them if they have the exact same name twice but are from different companies?

Zoho should be able to detect if it is a duplicate submission provided that the value of the mapped fields are the same as the existing submission in Zoho.
For example, if there are 2 fields mapped in the Zoho integration, then these 2 fields will be checked. A new entry will be created if none of the data matches in Zoho. You will see the "Duplicate Record Check" option in the integration.
