Good Day,
We noticed that after deleting our form submission entries, and then permanently deleting those entries from the trash, we are still seeing our total submissions count as over the limit, as seen in this picture:
I have deleted all submissions from all forms permanently:
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Your Total Submissions now appear 0/500. You can also clear your form cache from your end, which you can visit here.

Thanks for your help! I can see the total submissions value has been updated.
Just a note - I've noticed that clearing the form cache using the methods given in that link doesn't seem to resolve the issue on my end, but will reach out again if the problem recurs.
