Display Contract/Release copy on PDF export

Hello,

Is there a way for my contract text to show on my exported PDFs? It is not currently displaying which does me no good with a signature not on the same page as the contract text.

It is indeed possible to show form headers, text and images in the PDF output.  There is an option to do so from the submission view for the form.  Here is more information on how to enable this:
