Website editor crashing when embedding the form to my website

Hi there, my website editor keeps crashing, the developers have said this is because the jot form java script and the java script on the site don't like each other.

The form works fine on the page by itself, it is when I put in the embed code to make it a pop out tab on the left hand side that it breaks.

The website platform used is RocketSpark. https://www.rocketspark.com/nz/

    Can you help please.

    This is the form:  https://form.jotform.co/73538388661873

    Thanks :)

That's most likely always the case when it comes to script conflicts. Your website's script is conflicting with ours and a good way to fix this is to not use the default SCRIPT EMBED codes.

Instead, try with the IFRAME EMBED codes.

    Complete guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Give that a spin and let us know if you'd need more help.

    Hi Jim

Back from Christmas leave now and ready to tackle again.

I am wanting to use the form as a pop out on the side of the website - how does an iFrame work with this?

    Cheers, Kath
